"I went to ask for information about insurance and the agent who "helped me" was very rude, her attitude was terrible as if she was doing me a favor for free. You guys must understand that clients are the most important thing and we are not there asking for mercy, we are there to leave our money in exchange for a service. Of course I didn't close the deal with her and I went to another company where I was treated with respect by a professional agent.
